Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information. Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? How accurate is your hotel amenities information? The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. In some cases there are additional fees added to your room reservation. These additional fees help Alliance Reservation Network and their affiliate network offer the lowest rates on the Internet. |
