Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room. Can I make a reservation for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. Can I make the reservation by phone? We would be happy to help you make the reservation by phone. One of our customer service representatives will gladly assist your reservation needs. Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation.
