Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the hotels property information pages. How accurate is your hotel amenities information? The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. How can I be sure my credit card information is secure? We use secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. In some cases there are additional fees added to your room reservation. These additional fees help Alliance Reservation Network and their affiliate network offer the lowest rates on the Internet. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. You can also call to talk with one of our customer service representatives at our toll free number, 1-800-892-2108 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F CST). 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. S-S. Will I get a free breakfast? Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel. |
