Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. What are the internet hot deals? We work closely with many hotels to provide the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet. In most cases, these rates are significantly lower than other online hotel booking websites. These internet-hot-deals are always displayed first for any city hotel search and are designated with a hot-deals link. What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
