The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room. Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the hotels property information pages. Can I make the reservation by phone? We would be happy to help you make the reservation by phone. One of our customer service representatives will gladly assist your reservation needs. Can I make a reservation for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. |
