Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Our customer service personnel will contact you within 24 hours to answer you questions. How do I get driving directions? Click the map link on the property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address. Click the tab: directions, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn. How can I be sure my credit card information is secure? We use secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information. Can I make a reservation for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. You can also call to talk with one of our customer service representatives at our toll free number, 1-800-892-2108 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F CST). 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. S-S. How accurate is your hotel amenities information? The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room. Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today. |
