Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Our customer service personnel will contact you within 24 hours to answer you questions. How do I get driving directions? Click the map link on the property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address. Click the tab: directions, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn. Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the hotels property information pages. Can I make the reservation by phone? We would be happy to help you make the reservation by phone. You can call our toll free number, 1-800-892-2108 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F (CST). 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. S-S. One of our customer service representatives will gladly assist your reservation needs. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you.
