After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.

How accurate is your hotel amenities information? The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate.

How do I get driving directions? Click the map link on the property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address. Click the tab: directions, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.

What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation.
