Only those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Our customer service personnel will contact you within 24 hours to answer you questions. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation.
