Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card. You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotels confirmation number to you. Can I switch hotels? Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation.
